South Sudan

“The next two weeks are a crucial period to see whether the agreement [signed by warring South Sudanese parties three weeks ago] will stick. The parties are establishing the mechanisms for a permanent ceasefire and if they agree and implement the agreement we can feel more confident the agreement will hold. If not, then the agreement will be in crisis”.
